  • Dr. Natalie Rubinger

    General Dentist

    Dr. Natalie Rubinger graduated from Western Dental School in 2021 with distinction. She was awarded the American Association of Endodontics Student Achievement Award in Endodontics as well as Dentalcorp's Academic Excellence Award, awarded to one graduating dental student in the country per year who demonstrates exemplary scholastic and extra-curricular achievement.

    Prior to dental school, Dr. Rubinger completed her Bachelor of Science (honours) at Queen's University in Life Sciences as well as a Master of Science in Global Health from McMaster University.

    Dr. Natalie Rubinger is very excited to be joining the team at North Park Dental Care in serving the community and is committed to upholding the high standard of patient care that she has seen her father, Dr. Tzvi Rubinger, provide his patients for the last 36 years.

  • Dr. Bilal Paracha

    General Dentist

    Dr. Bilal Paracha completed his dental degree at the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry at Western University in 2016. Although he is a general dentist, his practice is focused on oral surgery and implant dentistry.

    Dr. Paracha is a strong advocate for lifelong learning and regularly pursues advanced training in dental procedures. He has treated thousands of patients dealing with dental anxieties or phobias and holds authorization as a visiting member for IV Moderate Sedation. He has experience in complex oral surgery procedures, including complicated extractions, impacted wisdom teeth, bone grafting, and dental implants for replacing missing teeth. He often incorporates Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) and Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) into his practice, which can enhance case outcomes and promote faster recovery with less pain following surgical procedures. He also has an interest in the All-on-X procedure, allowing many patients to leave with a new set of fixed teeth supported by 4 to 8 implants per arch, commonly referred to as "Teeth in a Day."

    Dr. Paracha is a member of several professional organizations, including Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), the Ontario Dental Association, the Canadian Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.

    Outside of his dental practice, Dr. Paracha loves to travel the world, exploring different cultures, cuisines, and histories. He is also an avid sports enthusiast and a dedicated fan of the Toronto Raptors, Blue Jays, and Maple Leafs. He is excited to provide dental care to the local community and looks forward to serving the municipalities of Markham and York Region!

  • Dr. Tzvi Rubinger

    General Dentist

    It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the unexpected and tragic passing of our beloved and respected dentist, Dr. Tzvi Rubinger, on August 11th, 2023.

    The entire team is deeply saddened by Dr. Rubinger’s passing and extends our sincerest condolences to his family and loved ones.

    Dr. Tzvi Rubinger graduated from the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry in 1985 and faithfully practiced in the same location ever since.

    Beyond his expertise as a dentist, Dr. Rubinger was a cherished and respected member of our clinic and community. His commitment to delivering exceptional dental care and his genuine care for each patient will be profoundly missed. He will be remembered for his unwavering optimism, even in challenging times, his dedication to his patients, and his unique ability to unite people.
